Our pre-sales team works with you closely to successfully deliver your specific business program needs based on your bulk custom requirements. The briefing, discussions and deliberations are carried out transparently.
During the pre-sales stage, we back you up completely. Our expert design team listens, thinks and transforms all your inputs and their ideas into digital mock-ups through prototyping.Then all ideas are streamlined and finalised. Once you are happy with the sample, an invoice is raised. After that, we proceed to large-scale production process before offering post-sales support.

A dedicated Account Manager carries out an important role during the pre-sales stage, facilitating communication and interaction between clients and the internal teams – be it the sales, design, technical or production department. From understanding customer goals, addressing client concerns to offering custom proposal and pricing support- the Account Manager takes care of it all!
Once our artwork and the sample has been finalized, our production team will report directly to your project manager to produce a range of samples for your approval. Once we get a steady nod from your end– we are ready for bulk production.ee
Our post-sales stage delivers as per the plan laid out by the pre-sales team. By this time, all artwork, sizing and prototyping have been approved. Feel happy that now you are in the hands of our production facilities who have over 15 years of manufacturing experience. We have worked with some of the top-rated global brands, iconic events, small & mid-sized business owners and the list goes on. Once production process gets completed, we manage the distribution process by allocating deliveries to the nominated warehouse, which provides a hassle-free delivery to our esteemed client.
Your approved artwork and samples will now move in to bulk production. Customers are required to place a deposit prior to production commencing.
Once bulk production is completed, each garment is then individually pressed, boxed and packed in eco-friendly packages. We use recycled packaging as well as normal packaging. Clients have the option to customize all elements of the packaging including neck labels, tags, etc.
We have partnered with leading agencies to offer logistical solutions throughout the USA, Australia, Europe, Asia and worldwide. Our logistic partners excel in forwarding services and ensure faster delivery with less hiccups.
